An uninterrupted 39-year journey in the IT industry, with over 27 years dedicated specifically to software development. As one of the first 1,000 computer engineers to graduate in Türkiye, I began my career at an international giant (Renault Groupe) and have since witnessed—and actively shaped—the evolution of technology from the era of terminal screens to modern AI architectures.

Throughout my career, I have worked on numerous outsourced projects, system integrations, and consulting roles. While my background covers the entire IT ecosystem, my core expertise lies in Software Architecture, C#, .NET Framework/Core, and Design Patterns. I firmly believe that building a system is not just about writing code; it's the culmination of choosing the right algorithms, ensuring stability, and maintaining rigorous engineering discipline.

Today, I combine this deep-rooted experience with modern solutions. Through my venture, TalentP.AI, I am designing systems that transform Human Resources (HR-Tech) processes using artificial intelligence and advanced analytical algorithms.

In this mature phase of my career, I focus on providing organizations with high-level, strategic vision rather than getting lost in daily coding routines. I create value through roles such as Fractional CTO, Software & System Architect, and Technical Advisor.
